Company history
From the beginning until today
The history of the company goes back to 1986, when Mr. Gietl, today managing director of CCS GmbH, founded his company and started to build up his own embroidery. Due to their great success, the development of an own embroidery software for the creation, editing and administration of embroidery machine data using modern computer systems began in 1988. His practical experience in embroidery was of particular benefit to him during development.
The software was developed from practice and for practice and was initially only used on the Macintosh computer. MacStitch has been rewritten several times, extended and expanded into a complete embroidery system.
Since 2002, this software has also been used on Windows-compatible computers. The simplicity of the user interface and intuitive operation made MacStitch a popular tool all over the world. The program exists in 4 languages and has been used since 1990 in many large and small embroidery companies for the professional creation of embroidery programs.
The distribution of McStitch meant that more and more requests for embroidery machines were received by the company. In 1993 the sale of embroidery machines was started. Toyota single-head embroidery machines are ideal for setting up embroidery operations and marketing has been steadily expanded since then and has developed into an important component of the company.
In order to serve this business field even better, Mr. Gietl took over the management of CCS GmbH in 1998. Through its many years of experience in the embroidery industry, CCS GmbH has become the leading supplier of Toyota embroidery machines, embroidery software and embroidery materials.
When CCS GmbH was founded in 1997 by Mr. Engelmann and Mr. John, it was mainly engaged in the sale of KC-Caps. The GmbH was and is since then the largest importer of KC-Caps in Germany. The caps are ideal for embroidery because of their style and because of their great variety, the KC brand was considered one of the market leaders in the USA.
CCS GmbH had therefore set up a large warehouse in Germany so that most caps could be delivered to customers within 24 hours. Most of CCS GmbH's customers are embroidery companies, print shops and resellers.
Our embroidery customers benefit from our many years of experience in the embroidery sector and the clientele particularly benefits from the experience that has been accumulated over the years.
Everything from a single source! That's what the customer wants today! It is therefore almost logical that CCS GmbH also supplies materials for embroidery needs. These include: Embroidery threads from Amann-Ackermann, fleeces, needles, spray adhesives, scissors and much more. Among other things, the company also sells a special badge background material called "SUMa". This is a very stable polyester composite material with excellent processing properties and high stability for embroidery badges.
Another milestone in the company's history was reached in 2003 when CCS GmbH was entrusted with the general agency of TOYOTA embroidery machines for Germany.
Our goal is the consistent expansion of our business field and our motto continues to be: "EVERYTHING AROUND EMBROIDERY".
